This Refund Policy sets out when you can obtain a refund for tickets bought from Seatly, and how to request one. It should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions.
Who we are
In this policy, "Seatly", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Seatly Ltd, of Arkwright House, Parsonage Gardens, Manchester, M3 2LF. "You" and "your" refer to you, the customer.
1.Cancelling your booking
If your plans change or you can no longer attend, you may request a refund as follows:
- You can request a refund at any time up to the 14th day before the match. This is the latest point at which a booking can normally be cancelled.
- If you buy your tickets after that point — that is, at any time within the final 14 days before the match — the deadline above no longer applies. In this case you have 24 hours from the moment of purchase to request a refund. Once that 24-hour window has passed, we are unable to cancel your booking.
Where a refund is approved, it is returned to your original payment method.
2.If a fixture is rescheduled or cancelled
Football fixtures change frequently. If a fixture is rescheduled — including where a match is moved because it has been selected for television broadcast — or cancelled, your tickets will remain valid for the new date and time. If you are unable to attend the rearranged fixture, you may request a full refund.
If a fixture is cancelled and not rescheduled, you will receive a full refund.
These fixture-related refund rights are separate from the cancellation deadlines in section 1 and are not affected by them.
3.When we cannot offer a refund
We are unable to offer a refund where:
- The cancellation deadline in section 1 has passed (except where a fixture is rescheduled or cancelled, as set out in section 2).
- You are refused entry to, or removed from, the ground for breaching the ground regulations or our Terms & Conditions.
- Tickets have been resold or transferred in breach of our Terms & Conditions.
4.How to request a refund
To request a refund, email us at support@seatlytickets.co.uk with your order reference and the reason for your request. We review refund requests promptly, and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 14 days.
5.Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
